Privacy near Split
This lovely holiday cottage is situated in village Zrnovnica on the outskirts of Split, the largest Croatian coastal town. The town of Split is positioned in central Dalmatia and it is a cultural, political and economic centre of the region. Split lies on a peninsula that boards on three mountains: Kozjak, Mosor and Perun. The centre of Split holds the famous UNESCO heritage site: the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian. Across the sea, the town of Split faces the islands of Ciovo, Solta, Brac and Hvar. One can reach Ciovo by a passenger boat or by a bridge in Trogir, while the rest are accessible only by ferries, mostly only from Split. Split has a couple of elevated points that offer panoramic views of the town and its surroundings. This particular holiday cottage is placed in a natural environment of the village that shares its name with the river flowing through it. One can enjoy the views of the mountain Mosor and glimpses of the sandy and gravel beach in nearby Stobrec. Quality interior and numerous pieces of equipment offer the perfect environment for a family holiday. The pool terrace is the highlight of the cottage. There is a covered part with seating arrangements, a grill, the outdoor pool itself and an additional toilette. Do not forget the playground next to the cottage! Your family can play basketball, football or badminton there. If you prefer golf or tennis, you can enjoy them at 1 km distance from your holiday home. There is a 3-hole golf course between Zrnovnica and the coastal road while the small town of Stobrec offers a couple of clay tennis courts in vicinity of the mentioned beach. This holiday cottage is the perfect place for a holiday in a green environment far from the city noise and crowd, yet less than a 15 minute drive from all the urban contents and numerous historical sites in Split.
